DIM ORIGINES is expanding, it now includes a new laboratory known as MONARIS - From Molecules to Nano-objects: Reactivity, Interactions and Spectroscopies.

The main objective of the laboratory is to understand chemical reactivity in the broadest sense. This involves the assembly of atoms to form molecules, the interaction between molecules to form supramolecular edifices and the response of such objects to fields or any other perturbations in the environment.

The CIRS team in the Molecular Spectroscopy Characterisations Interactions and Reactivities laboratory focuses on astrochemistry-astrophysics and the physicochemistry of atmospheres.
